1. Check availability

Once you have chosen the apartment please send us the Enquire Form in order to start the booking process.

We will contact you by e-mail or by phone in order to confirm the availability.

With the confirmation of the availability we will send you our bank details, to invite you to proceed with the booking.

2.Make a booking

Once we confirm the availability of the apartment you should then make your booking. Any special request like cots, baby chairs,should be notified at this time. Book your apartment as follow.

Send the deposit through our banking details. (please remember that the deposit is 20% of the value of the total rent
3. Concluding

Once we have receive your booking and deposit, we will send you the confirmation featuring the address of the apartment, the instructions of how to reach the apartment from your point of arrival, telephone number and name of our representative and our office addres

As soon as you know your expected time of arrival in Venice, Please contact ourrepresentative who will show you the balance of your holiday cost and method of payment.

All prices are fully inclusive of gas, electricity, sheets, towels and final cleaning, unless otherwise organized in a different manner.

There are no hidden costs to pay.
